Hotel Bookings Only

If you only require us to secure a particular hotel and wish to enjoy the perks we garner through our partnerships (such as daily breakfast, upgrades, hotel credits, etc.), we can arrange this at no extra expense for you. However, if you prefer us to propose multiple hotels and/or destinations, a $100 planning fee applies.

Please be aware that we don't engage with Airbnb or VRBO, but we do collaborate with carefully vetted vacation homes and villas.

How much does it cost?

As each trip is tailored specifically to your preferences, an official quote will be provided after our complimentary consultation call. It's worth noting that hotel bookings are always free of charge!

What if I’ve already booked my hotel?

No problem at all! Drop us an email at lindsay.vaughn@fora.travel, and we'll explore the option of a "takeover booking." This entails us being added as the agent of record, ensuring you receive all the perks without any additional cost. It's a win-win situation!

When should I reach out?

The optimal timing for planning your trip varies based on the type of journey and destination. However, as a general guideline, we recommend starting the planning process about 5-6 months before your intended travel date. We always advise booking as early as possible so that we can prioritize your preferences and secure the best available spots as soon as reservations become available.
