Most of our couples plan their weddings directly with the on-site coordinator, but we are always only a call or email away to answer any questions. Most wedding details are confirmed 3-4 months before your wedding day (ie. what you would like on the menu, what color you want your wedding bouquet, etc), which can feel like forever but trust us - it comes fast! Final payments for travel are due about 2-3 months before takeoff and the final payments for the wedding are typically due once you arrive.

It's Time to Invite Your Guests!

After signing the contract, the next step is to extend invitations to your guests! Typically, guests will have a 90-day window to secure their travel deposits. For those who prefer to make periodic payments throughout the year, we're here to assist them with that option. One of the advantages of having us as your destination wedding travel agent is our readiness to address all your guests' travel inquiries, ranging from resort details to passport requirements. We take pleasure in building excitement and anticipation for the upcoming trip!
